At Starlight Knitting Society, we want you to love your handmade-inspired pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
