What is the typical shipping time for hand-knit items?
Since many of our pieces are crafted by hand, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Standard shipping typically takes an additional 5-7 business days depending on your location.
How should I care for my wool garments?
To preserve the life of your knitwear, we recommend hand washing in cool water with a gentle wool detergent. Lay flat to dry on a towel and never hang your knits, as this can cause stretching.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Starlight Knitting Society ships worldwide. International delivery times vary by country, and customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made or personalized knitting projects are final sale.
Are your yarns ethically sourced?
Sustainability is at our core. We partner exclusively with farms that practice ethical shearing and use eco-friendly dyeing processes to ensure our fashion is as kind to the planet as it is to you.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it is placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, our team has usually begun the fulfillment process, and changes may no longer be possible.
